As the global benchmark of plant tanning technology, the NAPPA LUX series only selects the core leather area of the calf shoulder and back, which is the top original first layer granular soft leather in the industry.

Four core leather characteristics

1. Authentic plant tanning + aniline dyeing process

The whole process is natural plant tanning, with transparent aniline thin dyeing technology, no coating, no embossing, no artificial repair and modification, and the original delicate grain texture of leather is completely retained. Each piece of cutting retains the unmodified natural original state, and the transparent cognac background colour is clean and pure, and advanced and transparent.

2. 1.3–1.4mm gold balanced thickness

Taking into account the soft and glutinous draping feeling of nappa leather and the support of the hunting suit version, the upper body is light and thin, not stiff and does not press the shoulders; the outline of the retro hunting suit is long-term three-dimensional and not easy to collapse. The leather surface has its own natural growth lines, fine texture and original light colour difference, which is the unique natural identity imprint of the first layer of dermis.

3. It can be tanned, and the more you travel, the more you have a retro texture.

The tannin tanning material will continue to oxidise and precipitate with daily wear, and the cognac background colour will be warm and deepen year by year; the arm bending and the pocket friction position will naturally fade the rich layer of colour-dropping, and each leather coat will finally create a unique second-hand feeling and colour. The object is constantly changing with use, and it has a unique retro vitality that is more durable and more time-travelling.

4. Tuscan orthodox hand-tanning heritage

Badalassi handmade plant-tanned nappa has its own soft and high-end retro cognac tone, which perfectly fits the 1910s old-fashioned hunting suit core. The texture, colour and texture of each piece of leather are not repeated. There are no two completely consistent finished products. After long-term wearing, the traces of the years and wearing memories are exclusive to the wearer.
